The Cohort

A tribe. A road map. A toolkit.

A small group of executive leaders comes together for a year of practical training, honest conversation, and peer community. You'll work through Senior Pastor relationships, staffing decisions, budget pressure, culture shifts, and leading teams through change, all while keeping your own spiritual health and relational presence intact. It's an ongoing peer community, not a one-time event: members share resources and stay connected well beyond the cohort year.

Intentional Executive Leader Cohort

For executive leaders in their first five years, or those being developed for the role.

A year-long journey through the 12 Disciplines of an Intentional Executive Leader alongside a seasoned facilitator and eleven peer leaders.

Deep Dive Executive Leader Cohort

For executive leaders with five-plus years of experience, or Lap 1 graduates.

A co-created learning agenda where twelve leaders tackle their most pressing ministry challenges together, modeled after Vistage-style peer groups.

What's the difference between Lap 1 and Lap 2?

Lap 1 is a structured curriculum on the 12 Disciplines for newer executive leaders. Lap 2 uses a co-created agenda for experienced leaders. Both are built on the cohort model and peer community.

Which cohort is right for me?

Lap 1 fits leaders in their first five years or those preparing for the role. Lap 2 serves leaders with five-plus years of experience or Lap 1 graduates. The interest form helps us confirm the right fit.

How many people are in each cohort?

Each cohort is limited to twelve leaders, large enough for diverse perspectives, small enough for genuine relationship and honest dialogue.

What does the peer community look like between sessions?

Members stay in regular contact between sessions, sharing resources and processing challenges together. Many of those relationships continue long after the cohort year.

Who facilitates the cohort?

Seasoned executive leaders with real-world ministry experience, practitioners, not theorists. Lap 2 is led by two experienced co-facilitators.
